At Hotel Kung Carl, your day begins with a breakfast crafted with care, artisanal quality, and authentic flavors from Swedish farms and producers.
We let the seasons guide us, always choosing the finest ingredients – thoughtfully selected with respect for nature and tradition.

Handcrafted and natural ingredients

Our bread is baked by hand at Bageri BAK, where craftsmanship and quality are at the heart of every loaf.
We serve apple juice made from Swedish apples – 100% pure, with no additives – and cold-pressed clementine juice from Grönsakshallen Sorunda.

From Swedish farms

Our jams are homemade from fruits and berries grown on small farms across Sweden.
Butter, cream cheese, milk, and yogurt come from local dairies on the West Coast – where care for animals, nature, and taste goes hand in hand.

We work with suppliers who share our values around craftsmanship, sustainability, and respect for the environment.
Everything we serve is carefully chosen to reflect the season and offer you the very best nature has to give.



Breakfast is served:
Monday – Friday: 6:30 – 9:30
Saturday – Sunday, public holidays & school breaks: 7:30 – 10:30
