Singer Ulla Fluur made her debut in 2021 and has since released three critically acclaimed albums. With the language of jazz as her foundation, she interprets songs from a wide range of genres – from pop and 60s schlager to classic jazz standards. This evening, she presents a program entirely in Swedish – warm and full of swing.

Amanda Sedgwick

Amanda Sedgwick is a Swedish jazz saxophonist.

She has been a visible and audible presence on the Swedish jazz scene since the 1990s and has at times also been based in the Netherlands or the United States.

CANTALOOPE is a jazz band with a focus on Swedish and American jazz, blues, and bossa nova.
The band has been active in Stockholm for 20 years and frequently performs in hotel and restaurant settings.
Their repertoire is a mix of traditional and modern songs, all with their own unique arrangements.

Songs about the heart and the psyche with Sweden’s female Jacques Brel.

Anki is a traveler. A vagabond. She leads us through the rough terrain of love, sorrow, and the messy human psyche. It can be about a broken heart on the steps of Dramaten in Stockholm, and it can continue into a restless cabaret. It is Östermalm-noir inspired by Bulgakov, Bessie Smith, and Lena Nyman. Anki Svan has been called Sweden’s Jacques Brel. Songs About the Heart and the Psyche is the title of her acclaimed debut album, released in 2023.

Welcome to an unforgettable evening with the beloved singer Anita Strandell, as she performs her heartfelt interpretations of Cornelis Vreeswijk’s songs – and takes us on a journey through other well-known Swedish tunes and musical favorites.

Anita Strandell is a true legend in Sweden’s music and entertainment scene. Born in 1940 in Hudiksvall, she began her artistic career in the 1960s, first as a vocalist with various orchestras and later as a member of the groups Gimmicks and Tre Damer.

During the evening, you can look forward to timeless classics, personal interpretations, and the beautiful interplay between lyrics and melody — all delivered in Anita’s distinctive style, filled with warmth and presence.

Freeport Soul Collective

Freeport Soul Collective is a band from Stockholm with its foundation in 1960s soul. Formed in 2015, the band delivers swinging versions of both soul classics and more modern songs by artists such as Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin, Amy Winehouse, and Chaka Khan.
