New Year at Hotel Kung Carl

Celebrate the New Year at Bistro La Belle Epoque with a 4-course dinner and a New Year's toast on the rooftop terrace. The menu includes lobster soup, Veal tenderloin, and dessert. Following last year's great success, we will have two seatings this year.

The late seating starts at 8:00 PM and includes a 4-course dinner , consisting of:

• Frothy lobster soup
• A platter of oysters, puff pastry shells with shrimp, tuna tartare with ginger, sesame-pickled cucumber
• Roast veal tenderloin with sherry sauce, truffle purée, forest mushroom terrine, and fried black salsify.
• Chocolate fondant with vanilla cream and raspberry compote
• Coffee & chocolate praline
